15 Invaluable Laws of Growth
Personal growth is the only vehicle by which individuals arrive at their full potential. Learn proven principles for upgrading your capacities to lead others and generate results
Becoming a Person of Influence
Improve leadership skills with a thorough understanding of how influence is the catalyst to forming great leaders. Excellent program for current leaders and those wanting to rise through the ranks.
Developing the Leader within You 2.0*
Maxwell asserts that leaders are not born, they’re made. Learn the 10 critical components of authentic, personal leadership how leaders are made including influence, self-discipline and vision.
Developing the Leaders Around You*
The growth and development of people is the highest calling of leadership. This program will help you map out a plan of action for recognizing the potential in your team so that you can grow them into leaders who develop other leaders. It will also help you become better at identifying and hiring the right talent for your company.
Everyone Communicates, Few Connect
Learn how to identify with people and relate to others in a way that increases your influence with them. To be a successful leader, you need to learn to communicate in a way that connects with others.
Good Leaders Ask Great Questions*
Most successful people are very busy. They are often focused on achieving their goals and getting work done. Rarely do people slow down and become intentional about asking questions. Understand why questions are so important, become expert questioners of yourself and your teammates, and leverage the questions you ask and the answers you receive to become better leaders.
How to Be a REAL Success
Success is not a destination. It is a process – a lifelong strategy of building on strengths, minimizing weaknesses, and focusing on the people and points of life that are most important. Whether you are a civil servant or a corporate executive, you will achieve great things by understanding four very important success building areas: Relationships, Equipping, Attitude, and Leadership.
Quite often, people drift through their days at the mercy of their schedules and chaos. Getting them to take responsibility for their days will require a shift in how they see the world. Participants will understand the difference between good intentions and intentional living, discover their unique purpose, and embrace the mindset of valuing and adding value to people.
Change is so rapid today that leaders must do much more than stay the course to be successful. To survive and keep your company or career alive, you must be flexible and ready to adapt. Learn to become more innovative and influential as you lead others in today’s fast-paced world.
Maxwell condenses a lifelong journey of studying and practicing leadership into 26 simple lessons. The underlying message within each chapter is simple: leadership matters. Growing as a leader maximizes your talents, leverages your relationships, and magnifies your successes.
Leading Through Crisis
Maxwell defines a crisis as “an intense time of difficulty requiring a decision that will be a turning point.” Learn practical ways to maneuver through times of difficulty and adversity, effectively battle distractions during times of crisis and stress, and adopt successful thinking habits to think your way through any crisis.
Leading Through Crisis: How to Turn Adversity into an Advantage
Building on the original Leading Through Crisis content, learn practical ways to maneuver through times of difficulty and adversity, learn how to seize opportunity in a crisis while still leading well, and learn and adopt Maxwell’s 11 Perspective Principles About Crisis.
Put Your Dreams to the Test
A genuine dream is a picture and blueprint of a person’s purpose and potential. The learning journey is designed to prepare you to put your dream to the test so that you can achieve it.
Sometimes You Win, Sometimes You Learn*
Every one of us has experienced a disappointing loss in our own personal growth or leadership. How we have responded to those mistakes, errors, slips in judgment or just plain missing the goal has formed us even now. No bad experience must ultimately defeat us. The content helps light the path to a more fulfilling life by examining loss, not from measuring what one does not have, but how loss can bring abundance.
A roadmap for growing your influence one day at a time. View success as a process rather than an achievement. Learn to concentrate on the day at hand rather than looking in the rearview mirror or gazing too far into the future. Also, discover how to adjust your daily routines in order to cultivate healthy habits that will help you win in leadership and in life.
* = Only available in a “Mastermind” format: A mastermind is a small group of people, led by a strategic facilitator, who meet together regularly for a set period of time in order to learn and grow together. A mastermind differs from lunch and learns, workshops, and trainings, because it is focused on discussion, self-discovery, and personal application.

When I am working in a group setting – although it’s not singular in nature – having the entire group’s input in thinking magnifies the richness of the discussions and results in developing solutions that are above and beyond what any individual can create. The cohesive bond that is formed empowers each person to develop the leader within and shine in a safe environment that nurtures the group as a whole. It is an experience unlike any other and follows the same premise as an academic think tank.
