Meet Preston Poore
Through his roles at Consumer Products giants The Coca-Cola Company and The Hershey Company, Preston has learned how to be a powerful leader while staying true to his values, purpose, and goals. Now he desires to share his knowledge with others to enrich their professional experiences and, ultimately, their personal lives.
Preston uses his wealth of hard-earned experience in the corporate arena to help others achieve at their highest levels. He is a game-changer when it comes to building capability in emerging leaders. Preston leads and teaches by example. His lessons are not drawn from the classroom of academic theory but from the crucible of marketplace trenches. Preston is a Certified Maxwell Leadership Team Keynote Speaker, Facilitator, Trainer, and Executive Coach to help people become the best version of themselves.
Through his books Discipled Leader (2022 Selah Awards Nonfiction Book of the Year) and 21 Days to Sound Decision Making, blog, and podcast, he seeks to help people become redemptive influences in their workplaces and live more fulfilling lives.
Additionally, Preston is a minority shareholder and small-business owner of Numerica Corporation, an air and missile defense company based in Fort Collins, Colorado. He serves on the board of directors and as corporate secretary.
Preston holds an MBA from Samford University and a BS in management from Colorado State University. He and his family reside in the Metro Atlanta Area.
